Hi, I’m Joan Vermette. I’m a User Experience designer: a 12 year veteran of the web/software industry, with a primary interest in using components and design patterns for reuse, consistency and ease of redesign.

As the heir to my family’s farm, I am also vitally interested in sustainable design. My aim for the farm is to design a legacy that will sustain the land and its inheritors throughout the generations to come.
